Movement is my medium and transformation is my mission. As Founder of KENNERGY STUDIO and an experienced dance instructor myself, I believe anyone can move well with the right mix of clear steps, good music, and a friendly push. When I visit workplaces, I turn meeting rooms into pop-up dance floors, using simple routines and team games to shake off stress and build real connection. And for big moments — weddings, D&D shows, milestone parties — I craft personalised routines that turn nerves into applause, guiding clients from the first count-in to their final bow.
My style is straightforward and upbeat: plain language, patient coaching, and plenty of laughs. We celebrate small wins, keep the atmosphere light, and leave perfection at the door — because confidence grows fastest when people feel safe to try, stumble, and then try again. Over the years I’ve watched shy newcomers stand taller, colleagues bond over shared rhythms, and couples light up a room with a dance that is truly their own.
