Book hourly dance studio space at 1 Jalan Berseh, #02-27A New World Centre, Singapore 209037. Studio K suits group rehearsals and classes; Studio J offers a compact space for solo practice and private sessions. Access is available 24 hours for confirmed bookings, subject to availability.

Studio K and Studio J

Studio K: S$50/hour off-peak and S$60/hour peak. Its estimated floor area is 70.4 m², with a width of 6.25 m and an overall depth of 11.5 m.
Studio J: S$20/hour off-peak and S$30/hour peak. Its estimated depth is 4.1 m, tapering to 2.5 m at the rear. Dimensions are planning estimates, subject to final measurement.

Rates and booking times

Off-peak rates apply on weekdays from midnight to 6pm, excluding Singapore public holidays. Peak rates apply on weekdays from 6pm to midnight, and all day on weekends and Singapore public holidays.
Book a minimum of one hour, then extend in 30-minute blocks, up to 12 hours. Available start times are in 15-minute intervals. Prices crossing peak and off-peak periods are calculated in 15-minute portions.

Booking and payment

Choose your studio, date, start time and duration above. Sign in and pay with your Kennergy studio wallet. Top-ups start at S$20. Each successful top-up renews all unexpired wallet funds for six months. Expired funds are not reactivated.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full wallet refund; at least 48 but less than 72 hours ahead for a 50% wallet refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours ahead receive no refund. Refunds retain the expiry attached to the funds used; cancellation does not extend expiry. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Switch off all lights and air-conditioning before leaving. Leaving air-conditioning on overnight incurs a S$30 charge.
