1. General

 

• By booking a dance class or course with Kennergy Studio, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

• Kennergy Studio reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, instructors, or studio location as necessary.

2. Class Attendance

 

• Please arrive on time for your class.

• There is no obligation for the instructor to cover or repeat missed parts for latecomers.

• For Full Song Courses, consistent attendance is recommended for the best learning experience. There will be no proration of course fee for missed lessons (you still pay in full), but students are allowed to crash the same lesson they miss for the same song, subject to availability and instructor's prior approval, up to a maximum of two times each course. 

 

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Open Classes

 

• Cancellations made within 24 hours before class start time are non-refundable.

• Credit refunds (via purchased class packages) are free of charge.

• Monetary refunds (if paid online via credit card) are subject to the platform’s admin fee of $1.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For monetary refunds, please contact us directly.

• Should there be a sudden change of time, date, location, song choice, or any other factor by the Studio less than 24 hours before class start time, all students affected will be offered the option to receive a full refund.

• Open Classes may be cancelled if the minimum number of pax count is not reached for the class. This will be done at least more than 24 hours prior to class start time.

Full Song Courses

 

• Withdrawals made within 48 hours before the first class will be subjected to a penalty of one class/credit, with the rest of the classes/credits refundable. This does not apply to courses with 10 pax or less, as each course must meet a minimum pax count in order to proceed.

• Therefore, there will strictly be no refunds once the second class of your course has started, or if the existing class size is 10 pax or less.

• Credit refunds (via purchased class packages) are free of charge.

• Monetary refunds (if paid online by credit card) are subject to the platform’s admin fee of $5.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For monetary refunds, please contact us directly.

• For payment made via Paynow, please contact us directly.

 

 

4. Safety & Conduct

 

• All students participate at their own risk. Kennergy Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes.

• Please wear appropriate attire and footwear, and inform the instructor of any medical conditions before class.

• Respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow students is expected at all times.

 

 

5. Studio Rights

 

• Kennergy Studio may take class photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please inform the instructor before class.

• We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel enrolment in cases of misconduct or repeated no-shows.
