Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours before class start time are non-refundable. Otherwise, all credit refunds are automatic. Please also take note of your own plan’s expiry date, be it the 1 or 10 Credit(s) packages. Open Classes may be cancelled if the minimum number of pax count is not reached for the class. This will be done 48 hours prior to class start time. For more information, you can also visit the T&C and FAQ pages (links found at the bottom of the site).
